Quick answer: there is no honest ranking of Indian influencer marketing agencies, so this is an alphabetical comparison of 14 of them, with every fact taken from the agency's own website. 13 of the 14 publish no price. The one that does, Pulpkey, says Instagram and YouTube campaigns start from ₹10 lakh. Most run managed campaigns; Monk Entertainment, Chtrbox and Confluencr also represent creators. The budget bands on their contact forms start at ₹3 lakh a month (Confluencr) or ₹10 lakh (Influencer.in and Social Beat), which tells you the size of client they expect.
Search "influencer marketing agency India" and you get listicles that rank 20 agencies nobody at the publication has hired. Most of those lists are paid placements or copied from each other. This page does something simpler. It opens each agency's own site, writes down what the site states, and leaves blank what the site does not say. No ranking, no "best". A table you can use, then a request for proposal email you can send to three of them this afternoon.
How this comparison was built
Every row below comes from the agency's own website, read on 19 October 2026. City means an office address or city the site names, not a city it runs an SEO page for. Founded means a year the site states. Pricing is "not published" unless the site shows a figure. Client names appear only where the site names them in a case study, a campaign showcase or a testimonial; a wall of unlabelled logos does not count. Six other candidate sites could not be used because they did not load or now point to a different product.

Three things stand out. First, "not published" in 13 of 14 pricing cells. Agencies quote per brief, and the quote depends on how big they think you are, which is why the form budget bands matter more than any rate card. Second, three of the big names run two businesses at once: they sell campaigns to brands and they represent creators. Third, half the sites do not say what city they sit in. That is not a red flag on its own, but ask.
Agency vs talent management agency
An influencer marketing agency works for the brand: it plans the campaign, picks creators, negotiates, and reports. A talent management agency works for the creator: it takes a cut of the creator's fee in return for finding deals, so when one company does both (Monk Entertainment, Chtrbox, Confluencr) you should ask whether the creators it recommends are its own roster. How those two fee models actually add up is in what Indian agencies charge.
What the budget bands on their forms tell you
Three of the fourteen sites ask for your monthly budget before they call you back, and the lowest option on each form is the floor they are willing to work from. Confluencr starts at "Under INR 3 Lacs". Influencer.in starts at "Under Rs. 10 Lakhs" and tops out at "Over Rs. 1 Crore". Social Beat starts at "Rs. 0 to Rs. 10 Lakhs". Pulpkey skips the form and prints the number: ₹10 lakh and up for an Instagram and YouTube campaign.
If your whole quarter's influencer budget is ₹2 lakh, you are below the first band on three of those four forms. You will still get a call, but you will be the smallest account on someone's desk. Run your number through the campaign budget planner first, and read the 2026 influencer marketing price list so you know what a Reel or a YouTube integration costs before anyone marks it up.
Below the agency floor? Book creators directly. Brands find and book creators on InfluencerMetric, creators show verified stats by connecting their accounts, and payment is held until the work is approved.
Create a free brand accountWhen an agency is worth it, and when to do it yourself
An agency earns its fee in three situations. You need 50 or more creators live in the same fortnight, as the WhizCo case study with 1,000 creators in 20 days shows. You need regional languages you do not speak and cannot brief in. Or you need a celebrity, where the negotiation itself is the skill. In each case the agency is selling coordination, and coordination is worth paying for when the headcount is large.
Below that, the arithmetic turns. A ₹2 lakh campaign of eight micro creators is a week of your own time: shortlist, message, brief, approve, pay. The trade-off between a managed agency and a self-serve marketplace is worked through in UGC agency vs marketplace, and the free and paid shortlisting methods are in how to find influencers for your brand. Whichever route you take, check fake followers before paying, because an agency's deck will not do that for you, and decide whether micro or macro creators fit the goal before the agency decides for you.
Five questions to ask before signing
- Do you represent any of the creators you are recommending? If yes, ask for the split between roster creators and outside creators in the plan, in writing.
- What is your fee, separately from creator cost? A retainer, a percentage of creator spend, or a markup baked into each creator's rate. Ask to see the creator's actual invoice. The three models are explained in agency fees in India.
- Who owns the content and for how long? Reels made for the campaign are the creator's work. If you want to run them as ads, that is a usage right with a price, and it needs to be in the creator contract, not just yours.
- How will you handle disclosure? Every paid post must carry a clear label under the ASCI influencer rules. Ask who checks each post before it goes live and what happens when a creator forgets.
- What does the report contain and when does it arrive? Reach, views, saves, link clicks and spend per creator, per post, with screenshots, within 7 days of the last post. If they cannot promise that, you will measure it yourself; how to measure influencer ROI shows how.
Copy-paste: the request for proposal email
Send this to three agencies from the table on the same day. Same brief, same deadline, so the quotes are comparable. Fill in the brackets; the structure follows our campaign brief template.
Subject: Proposal request: [Brand] influencer campaign, [month], [budget range]

Three proposals on one brief will show you more about pricing in India than any blog post, this one included. The fee line is the thing to compare; creator costs should be similar across agencies because they are buying from the same creators.

Which is the best influencer marketing agency in India?
There is no answer to that a brand should trust, because no agency publishes win rates or client churn. Pick three from the table whose stated work matches your brief, send them the same request for proposal email, and judge the proposals, not the websites.
How much does an influencer marketing agency charge in India?
Only one of the 14 sites prints a figure: Pulpkey starts Instagram and YouTube campaigns at ₹10 lakh. The others quote per brief. The contact form budget bands start at ₹3 lakh a month at Confluencr and ₹10 lakh at Influencer.in and Social Beat. The fee models and a worked example are in agency fees in India.
What is the difference between an influencer agency and an influencer platform?
An agency runs the campaign for you and charges a fee. A platform gives you the tools and the creator database and you run it. Kofluence and Viral Pitch sell both. Which Indian platforms suit which budgets is compared in the best influencer marketing platforms in India.
Can a small brand with ₹1 lakh use an agency?
You can ask, but ₹1 lakh sits below the first budget band on most agency forms, and after the fee less than that reaches creators. At this size, shortlisting and booking creators directly on a marketplace keeps the whole budget in content.
Do I need a contract with the agency and the creator?
You sign with the agency; the agency signs with each creator. Ask for the creator contract terms on usage rights and exclusivity, because if they are missing from that contract you do not have them, whatever your agency agreement says.
