Pay each accepted creator's fee into escrow through Razorpay. When the post is delivered, review it, ask for revisions if needed, then approve — only then does the money move. Take no action for 72 hours and it releases on its own, so creators are never left waiting.

Questions brands and creators ask
Is my money safe?+
Yes. Campaign fees and service bookings are paid into escrow through Razorpay. The creator cannot touch the money until you approve the delivered work. If you take no action for 72 hours after delivery, it releases automatically — so neither side is ever stuck.
What if I'm not happy with the content?+
Ask for revisions in the thread (each service lists how many are included). If you still can't agree, raise a dispute and our team reviews both sides' evidence. A full refund keeps 5% to cover payment processing.
What are the fees?+
Brands pay 15% on top of the creator's fee on the free plan, 10% on Pro. Creators pay 10% on what they earn, so a ₹10,000 booking pays out ₹9,000. Every fee is shown before you pay.
How are creators verified?+
Follower and engagement numbers come from Instagram and YouTube through the creator's own connected account — not typed in. Every creator also has a phone number on file, and payouts require identity details before the first withdrawal.
What is a gifted campaign?+
You send the creator your product instead of paying a fee. It's a Pro feature, and only creators who opted in to gifted collaborations are alerted. After you accept a creator they add a delivery address, you ship it and mark it sent with the tracking number, they post, you approve.
How do creators get paid?+
Approved earnings sit in the creator's balance and can be withdrawn by UPI or bank transfer once the balance reaches ₹100. There is no charge to join, and no monthly fee for creators.
Do I need Pro?+
No. The free plan lets you post one campaign, browse every creator and send 5 messages a month — chats with creators you've accepted or booked are unlimited. Pro lowers the fee to 10%, unlocks unlimited campaigns, gifted campaigns and creator contact details.
I manage several creators — can I use one login?+
Yes. Sign up as an agency, invite your creators by email, and once they accept you can pitch them into campaigns and follow every application from one screen. Brands see “Managed by your agency” on those proposals.
